Heavy Winged & Hard-Headed

Needless to say, the past couple weeks have been mentally and physically exhausting at the workstead.  I needed something to get my mind a driftin’ for a while, so I threw this little ditty together.  Completely different from any mix I’ve ever done, this thing plays out more like an ocean wave than a strobe light…more Paul Reiser than Paul Newman..uhh…more Janis Joplin than Joplin, Missouri (too soon)?   Anyway, some of my favorite songs ever are on this mix, and I highly recommend listening with headphones, preferably on a patch of grass or a beach, on the eve of October 21st.  Or, you can share it with your kids, or your babe, or your postman….or simply fall asleep to it, which is what I intend to do right now.  I split the tracks up for you too, since the thing is more playlist than mixtape.  Ya dig?
